Indicate what you need at the beginning of the Article Title field in the ILL Article Request form followed by the actual article title, for example:

Article Title: [COLOR SCAN PLEASE] Cinematography in Black and White Films of the 1920's

Article Title: [600dpi SCAN PLEASE] Recent Advances in MRI Technology

Adding a note in the Comments field of the request form is not sufficient since the supplying library may not see it.
