Use Bloomberg (see access details).
- Type EQS and press <GO>.
- Type multiple shares available into the amber box under Add Screening Criteria.
- Click on 1) Results for a listing of such companies.
To see the classes of stock issued by a specific company, do the following:
- Type the ticker symbol, press the yellow <EQUITY> key, type MSH, and hit <GO>.
- For example, type GOOG, press <EQUITY>, type MSH, and press <GO>.
Go to Capital IQ (see access details).
- Hover over Screening and select Equities.
- In the Dual Criteria search box, type dual.
- Select Dual Class Stock - Yes. Click Add to Screen button.
- Add criteria, if desired.
- Click View Results button.
