In S&P Capital IQ (see access details): Open a company or index entry and view the Tearsheet.

In Bloomberg (see access details):

  • In the terminal, enter an equity followed by the DVD command and the <GO> key. The result includes a table with 12 Month Yield and Indicated Yield.
  • Use the Excel add-in to list historical yield values.
    • Open Spreadsheet Builder.
    • Select Analyze Historical Data > Historical Data Table and follow the prompts.
    • On step 2 Select Fields, search for dividend yield or your preferred field name (e.g.: DV014) to add the field.

  • Select Equities or Indices.
