Automatic overdue emails are sent based on the status of your request in our software systems. If the item has not been discharged from your library account you remain responsible for the item and any late or lost fees.
If you are receiving overdue notices for an item you believe you have returned, please double check your shelves thoroughly. If you cannot find the item, then reply to the email so that our staff will have all the item details. Common reasons for this situation include having ordered more than one copy of a title or having several items with similar titles.
