The Penn Libraries have a very limited number of computers available for public use. These machines are for quick look-up only and do not provide edit access to Microsoft programs.

In the Van Pelt-Dietrich Library Center, public use stand-up stations are located:

  • In front of the Circulation Desk, at the building entrance
  • Just outside of the elevators on the 3rd, 4th, and 5th floors

Community members who would like access to word processing software, or who need to get online, can go to the Free Library of Philadelphia. The closest branch to Penn is the Walnut Street West branch.
