Yes, to request a video through Interlibrary Loan:

• Go to the ILL page
• On the right, choose Request Book/Media and fill out the form with as much information about the movie as you know (eg, Title, Director, Publisher, Year)
• You can also request videos through BorrowDirect, available from the ILL page.
