To report a book as missing, you can fill out a missing book form. The form can be requested from the circulation desk.

Missing book forms are also available by the look-up station by the east elevators in the Van Pelt Stacks. Drop off the completed form by the east elevators on any stacks floor. The forms are picked up weekdays at 5pm.

Once the availability status has been changed to 'missing' in the library catalog, you can request the book from another library through Borrow Direct, EZ Borrow, or Interlibrary Loan.
