For privacy and security reasons article access is limited to the patron under whose Pennkey the requests were placed. Research assistants can place requests under a professor's name by entering the professor's Pennkey in the Act as a Proxy for box at the upper right hand corner of interlibrary loan request forms and hitting the Enter key. The request form will re-load with the professor's details and once the article is available all email notifications will go to the professor, who will be able to access it directly.
