Fines may be paid at any Circulation desk during regular business hours, in cash or by check, payable to "The University of Pennsylvania".

Van Pelt Library Circulation also accepts Visa and MasterCard over the phone at (215) 898-7566, Monday through Friday, 9am-8pm, or up to 30 minutes before closing. When we close on Fridays at 5pm, we are able to process credit card payments only until 4:30pm.
