To search for a book at Penn, first check the Franklin Catalog, accessible from the Penn Libraries homepage. You can search by keyword, title, author, subject, or ISBN. For more advanced help, see the Franklin Catalog User Help.
The Biddle Law Library has a separate catalog, LOLA.
If a book is unavailable, Penn students, faculty, and staff can search for print books using BorrowDirect or EZ-Borrow. Books will be delivered in 3-5 business days and can be borrowed for about 12 weeks, with no renewals. If a work is still unavailable, complete the Interlibrary Loan Request Book form.
