Penn faculty who are working at CHOP and CHOP researchers with a current Penn research affiliation may be eligible under the Penn Libraries Open Access agreements.  However, all authors MUST select the University of Pennsylvania as their primary affiliation throughout the entire submission process. Authors are encouraged to add CHOP as a secondary affiliation.
