Yes! Members of the Penn Community, including faculty, students, and staff, are eligible to have their articles covered by Open Access agreements. The author must be the corresponding author on the article and must have a current Penn affiliation at the time the article is accepted for publication. 

IMPORTANT: Students or researchers who plan to graduate or leave Penn before their article is accepted for publication should list an advisor or other Penn-affiliated researcher as the corresponding author. Listing an advisor or another Penn-affiliated researcher will ensure the article is eligible for Open Access agreement coverage.
