Endnote 20 includes a "connection" file that will allow you to search the Franklin Catalog.

Open EndNote. Look for "U Pennsylvania" under the ONLINE SEARCH menu on the left. If it doesn't appear, click the "more..." option under the ONLINE SEARCH menu. Next, find "U Pennsylvania" in the list that appears.  Highlight and select "Choose".

For older versions of EndNote, you may need to download the latest connection file.

  • Go to the Endnote Connection Files page at - https://endnote.com/downloads/connection-files/
  • Search for University of Pennsylvania using the search box.  You should find a file dated "2018-03-14". Download this file.
  • Depending on your platform, your computer might automatically place the file in the appropriate EndNote folder. You might need to manually move this downloaded file into your EndNote systems "Connections" folder.
