You may return books to the book return bin outside the ground floor entrance to Van Pelt Library - see map. The book drop is accessible 24/7 but if you have a lot of books to return, we recommend doing so Monday - Friday during the day so that if you encounter problems with the bin being full (i.e., the door won't open or you can't fit any books into the slot), you will be able to contact us using "chat" so we can help you. If you have a very large number of books (i.e., 40+) to return, you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to make special arrangements. All books have been and will be renewed to avoid late fees for all users, through Thanksgiving or early January, depending upon whether you are scheduled to graduate or will be a continuing student. If you have already left Philadelphia and will not be returning to campus in 2021, you can email us at the same address above to arrange for a shipping label to be emailed to you. We'll need to know your preferred email address to provide to UPS, the number of books you need to ship, and the shipping address from which you will be returning the books.
