Guests can choose to become courtesy borrowers, which allows patrons to check out circulating print materials owned by Penn Libraries for $400 annually. The fee is $200 annually for Penn alumni.

Electronic resources are not covered by courtesy borrowing agreements. Courtesy borrowers, guests and visitors cannot access electronic resources licensed by Penn Libraries.
