Guests can choose to become courtesy borrowers, which allows patrons to check out circulating print materials owned by Penn Libraries for $400 annually. The fee is $200 annually for Penn alums.
Members of some local universities are given complimentary courtesy borrowing access. See the courtesy borrowing page linked above for details.
Electronic resources are not covered by courtesy borrowing agreements. Courtesy borrowers, guests and visitors cannot access electronic resources licensed by Penn Libraries.
