The Penn Libraries Video Collection includes a large number of classic and contemporary films from the Criterion Collection on DVD. These titles are housed in Van Pelt (Franklin search results).

If you are interested in streaming films from the Criterion Collection and Janus Films from home, the Free Library of Philadelphia offers residents of Philadelphia who are Free Library cardholders access to Kanopy. If you live in Philadelphia and do not have a library card yet, you can sign up for one online here.

Penn has access to selected films via Kanopy, including a handful of films from the Criterion Collection that instructors have assigned to students for class. The Penn Libraries has limited access to streaming films from the Criterion Collection in particular, because a license for streaming a film for a one-year period is often 10 or more times the cost of an individual DVD.
