For a company's date of incorporation go to Cheetah
- In Practice Areas, click on Securities - Federal & International then in the Federal section, navigate to Capital Changes and select Capital Changes U.S.
- Search for a company of interest
You can also go to Orbis or Osiris.
- Enter Company Name and click View Report
To search by dates of incorporation:
- Select Year of Incorporation and enter dates to modify the search criteria
Use Mergent Online to search for a company. In the Company Details tab, click History to view date of incorporation/reincorporation.
For the year founded, go to Corporate Affiliations and search for the company.
Also, use Capital IQ to locate year founded. Go to the Tearsheet. Year Founded is in top left section of the page.
