The Lippincott Library team recommends these troubleshooting steps if you didn't get your LSEG Workspace account activation email:
- Did you create an account using your Penn email address? If not, you can register for LSEG Workspace now.
- Are you reactivating your account? LSEG will not send an email when reactivating existing accounts. If you re-registered, you may be able to log in now.
- Did you check your spam or junk email folder? You may find the welcome email here.
- Does your email account use mail forwarding? Some forwarding systems silently block LSEG's automated email. You may need to turn off automatic forwarding. (See instructions for unforwarding from a Wharton Gmail account.)
