The Lippincott Library team recommends these troubleshooting steps if you didn't get your LSEG Workspace account activation email:

  1. Did you create an account using your Penn email address? If not, you can register for LSEG Workspace now.
  2. Are you reactivating your account? LSEG will not send an email when reactivating existing accounts. If you re-registered, you may be able to log in now.
  3. Did you check your spam or junk email folder? You may find the welcome email here.
  4. Does your email account use mail forwarding? Some forwarding systems silently block LSEG's automated email. You may need to turn off automatic forwarding. (See instructions for unforwarding from a Wharton Gmail account.)
