Search for the industry you want, and select Industry Overview or Industry Profile or
Try Visual Search Interface - e.g. datamonitor industry profile airlines.
Go to ABI Inform (Proquest)
Select the Browse tab to access Business Monitor International (BMI) Industry reports, FirstResearch reports, Just-Series Market Research Reports, and articles about industry trends and forecasts
Go to GMID from Euromonitor (Global Market Information Database)
Choose Search - industry overview uk and then use filters to browse results
or start at the Industries menu
Go to Thomson Research
Select Industry by text or code
Choose dates for your search
(Contributor Datamonitor Industry Profiles produces significant, over 25 pages, reports for many industries. (Brief Demo) Contributor First Research produces approx 10 page reports aimed at sales and marketing teams.)

Enter: Mergent Industy Reports as a Source
Reports are available for industries in North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific.
Industries include: Automotive, Media, Oil & Gas, IT, Insurance, Food, Telecommunications, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical, etc.
Use Bloomberg, available in the Eddie Davies Library and Precinct Library
Type BI and hit the green GO key for Bloomberg Industries, and TOP BI GO for Bloomberg Industries Research.
(selected industries include: automakers, airlines, beverages, biotechnology, investment banking, internet, oil extraction, pharmaceuticals)
The British Library provides Industry guides for about 30 key industries.
