Question & Answer

Question: How do I make or receive conference calls?
Answer: To make or receive conference calls in Lippincott Library using the Glossberg or Vitale Conference Rooms, sign up using the room reservation system. Then, come to the Lippincott Library Reserve Desk and fill out the Conference Call Request Form. The conference phone can be reserved Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM.
Note: You can make local calls and 800-number calls. For other long-distance numbers, have the party call you in the reserved conference room.

Skype software is downloaded on all of the machines in the Weigle Information Commons (WIC). Reserve a space in the WIC using the Room Scheduler.

There are Skype Stations located on the ground floor in Huntsman Hall (directly behind the Wharton Timeline wall). The Skype Stations are computer booths installed with the Skype software and equipped with webcams and microphones.
