Many ethnic newspapers from the 1960s to the present are available online through Ethnic NewsWatch. Several African American newspapers are listed in the African American Newspapers guide, and a few Latino publications are available through !Informe!

Historical Newspapers Online includes links to freely available archives of  a number of African American, Indigenous, Japanese American, Jewish, and Mexican American newspapers. You can search by title or use the "Audience" limiter.

Many ethnic newspapers that are not available at Penn are available from the Center for Research Libraries. Search the CRL Ethnic Press Database to identify newspapers that can be requested through Interlibrary Loan.
