Try logging in to the web delivery pick-up page directly, at: ILL/Document Delivery Pickup

Make certain you have a PDF viewer, such as Adobe Acrobat, installed and active on your computer or within your web browser.

If you are still unable to access your article please contact your Interlibrary Loan office with the Transaction Number (TN) of the request and any relevant details or error messages that you encounter. It's usually easiest to simply reply to the notification email, if you still have it.
