For Penn students, faculty, and staff with active PennKeys:
1. Go to the Penn library homepage
2. On the top right corner of the page, click the log in drop down menu. Select "Log in to Franklin with Pennkey." Enter your Pennkey and pennkey password if you have not already done so for another UPenn site.
3. The page will refresh. Click on the "Pennkey Library Account" text in the top right hand corner next to your name.

4. The system will then take you to another page. Click "Login with Pennkey". The system will automatically log you in.
5. On the next page, you'll see a table-like display. Under the "loans" column/box click "Renew All" to renew all items eligible for renewal.

--or click "View all loans" and renew all eligible loans individually.

**Note**: If there is no "renew" option then the item is not eligible for renewal.
