In PitchBook, select Companies & Deals, then Deal Types. Select PIPE from the Other Private Equity Types options.

Using Preqin, select the Search for drop-down menu, then select Companies & Deals, then Private Equity under Deal Search. Search for PIPE under Deal Type.

Use LSEG Workspace (formerly Refinitiv).

• Type PESCREENER in the top search box to get to the Private Equity Screener app.
• Look for Investment Stage under the Quick Filters heading.
• Use the menu that appears to select Investment Stage and Include. Select PIPE from the menu, and hit the yellow Done button

Use Capital IQ (see access details)

• Go the Screening tab, select Transactions.
• Under General Transaction Details select Primary Features.
• Select Private Placement - PIPE and click Add Criteria.
• Add additional criteria, if desired.
• Click View Results.
