Transcripts from earnings calls, annual shareholder meetings and conferences can be found in several places.

From a PitchBook company profile, select the Transcripts tab.

Capital IQ (see access details) has transcripts available from a company's profile under News, Events & Filings. Where available, they also provide access to the Powerpoint presentations that accompany the conference calls, as well as audio files. Search across transcripts from multiple companies by going to Companies-->News, Events & Filings-->Transcripts. Capital IQ transcripts are also available via WRDS (see access details).

Use the Advanced Events function (type ADVEV in the top search bar) in LSEG Workspace (formerly Refinitiv). Select the desired categories under the Earnings & Corporate subcategory in the Event Type drop down. Powerpoint presentations, audio files and sentiment summaries may also be available.

Transcripts can also be found in Factiva in the source VIQ FD Disclosure.

  • Scroll over Search and select Search Builder.
  • Enter the code rst=FNDW and combine this source with the desired company name in the title field, e.g. rst=FNDW and hd=facebook.

Use Bloomberg (see access details).

  • Type company's ticker <EQUITY> EVT <GO> to view a list of company events.
  • Use filters on left side of page to filter to Event Types: Earnings Call and under Resources, check box next to With Transcript.

FactSet (see access details) has transcripts available from the Events & Transcripts menu on the company snapshot page.

Transcripts can often be found on SeekingAlpha.com or on a company's own Investor Relations site.
