For articles on corporate governance, go to Business Source Complete or ABI/Inform and search corporate governance as a Subject.

The Conference Board publishes research reports, briefings, and other materials on this subject:

  • Click on the link for Environmental, Social & Governance.
  • Then, click the Corporate Governance link. 

Use Capital IQ (see access details):

  • search for a company by name or ticker symbol
  • in the company's record, navigate to Company Summary in the left-side menu and select Corporate Governance

For measures of corporate governance in U.S. public companies, use Bloomberg (see access details).

  • Type the company's ticker symbol then hit the yellow <EQUITY> key, then type FA ESGG and hit the green <GO> key.

For federal and state legal materials, go to Cheetah

  • In the All Content menu, navigate to the Practice Areas section and select Securities - Corporation Law & Governance.
  • Regine your search by entering keywords in the search bar at the top of the page.
