Go to Standard & Poor's Net Advantage
Click on the Industries tab, then use the Industry Surveys drop-down menu to select either Telecommunications: Wireless or Telecommunications: Wireline

Another great resource, especially for international coverage, is BMI Research.
Scroll over Service in the top toolbar, then select Telecommunications. On the next page, you can select a Geography (or more) of interest, and select between the Daily Views, Reports & Strategic Content, and Data & Forecasting menus.
