Use SDC Platinum (see access details)

• Use Mergers & Acquisitions and select Joint Ventures.

Use LSEG Workspace (formerly Refinitiv).

• From the landing page, use the Search Tools tab to select M&A.
• Use the Add Filter search box on the left menu to search for Acquisition Techniques.
• Select Joint Venture from the list of options.

Use Capital IQ (see access details)

• Mouse over Screening and click on Transactions.
• Under M&A Details, click on Features and select Creation of Joint Venture
• Click on Add Criteria
• Select and add other criteria as desired
• Click on View Results.
